The Yale Glee Club and Kaleidoscope Vocal Ensemble are proud to present the first annual KALEIDOSCOPE VOCAL ACADEMY from July 27th - August 2nd, 2025 in New Haven, CT.

Led by director of the Yale Glee Club, Dr. Jeffrey Douma, as well as Artistic Director of Kaleidoscope, Dr. Arianne Abela, twenty-four singers between the ages of 16-18 will be selected from across the country to participate in masterclasses, small and large ensemble rehearsals, private vocal coachings, and chamber music workshops during their one-week stay at Yale.

All students selected to participate will receive a full-tuition scholarship to the Academy, along with free housing and meals on Yale's campus. The week will culminate in a performance with students and Kaleidoscope artists!

Post-concert update: This was a beautiful week with these talented high school students! Archived info about the Academy can be found here. We hope to hold another Vocal Academy in the summer of 2026.
